I have to totally agree with Kermet. It really depends on the clan and on the PU team if the match becomes one-sided. The same is about picking. I see sweeping as organizing the defence of the whole team and filling the gaps. Static man-marking requires strong abilities of the whole team. Room-coverage with a flexible sweeper is far better in my opinion and much more fun :)

After a few 3on3 matches I think the rmb power is quite ok. Most of the goals were still scored the old way. And I really like this new setting because it adds lots of variations to the gameplay.

Agree to non-static sweeper ... but you need some (at least 1) guys who stay back when you get boosted or you will leave an uncovered offender standing there :> (sounds easy but it's really complicated for some dudes :( ) Also had that different double boost idea but imo a normal boost is more effec...

Hmm but that's the fun of defending in my opinion :) you have to guess when the oponent will pass and if you guess right you are the king ^^ And as I said before: 0.9 secs shaketime would make the teamplay too slow because you have to wait and you give the attackers too much time to come back to def...
